1.      1. F1. The common to all events of the finishing point  and marked  behind 10 meters and headed 10 meters for  take over zone for the  4x 400 mts relay event.

2.      2. When first runner run full stagger in his/her own lane one lap. then the second runner should run ½ stagger + diagonal excess. For that only 1 ½ stagger + diagonal excess for 4x400 mts relay event.

3.      3. The 3^rd and 4^th runner can run in the first lane
